Accommodation Guildelines
- Welcome to the ISPOG2025 is pleased to recommand a wide selection of hotels. Official hotels below were selected after careful consideration of several factors including security, price, convenient accessibility and others.
How to Reserve a Room
- Participants can make a reservation directly to the hotel via e-mail.
- Please download a reservation form and send the completed form via e-mail.
- The confirmation letter will be sent to the respective participant by the designated hotel office on the condition of appropriate reservation status.
Important Notes
- All rates are quoted per room per night and can only be obtained by booking via e-mail to the hotel directly.
Also, any changes or requests in booking must be informed to the hotel. - Deadlines of Hotel reservation are subjected to the hotel.
Early room bookings are highly recommended for guarantee your room reservation. - Please note that requests for early check-in and late check-out must be informed to the hotel in advance.
However, additional charges may be charged depending on room availability. - All rates are quoted in South Korean Won (KRW). Please click "Currency Converter" to check the exchange rates
