How to register

All participants are required to register through the online registration system.
Participants are advised to register by March 28, 2025.
Registration and payment of registration fees are only possible on a PC. Please access with a desktop or lapto

  • Payment needed : Payment has not been made yet. (Your wire transfer payment is being confirmed.)
  • Completed : Online registration and payment have been successfully completed.

Payment method

1) Credit Card (From January 26, 2025)
  • All service charges of credit cards are to be paid by the registrants.
  • The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.
  • MasterCard and Visa cards are included under "Other Cards."
2) Wire Transfer
  • Please note that the transfer must be made under the registrant’s name and must be stated on the receipt.
  • Confirmation Letter will be sent only after receipt of required fees.
  • All bank charges for remittance must be paid by the registrants.
  • A copy of bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required if registration fees were not credited to the meeting account on time.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted via e-mail (info.ispog@gmail.com) to the Secretariat. Cancellations and refunds are only available during the pre-registration period(until March 28, 2025). If you do not attend the conference without notice of cancellation, no refund will be given.

  • 등록하신 분들은 대회 시작일부터 웹사이트 ‘My page’에서 영수증을 다운로드 받을 수 있습니다.|



결제 방법

1) 온라인 카드
  • 결제 단계에서 "온라인 카드" 를 선택하시면 카드로 결제 가능합니다.
2) 계좌이체
  • 입금자의 이름이 참가자와 동일해야 하며, 만약 다를 시에는 사무국으로 연락바랍니다.
  • 사무국에서 등록비 결제 확인 후 등록 승인 레터가 발송됩니다.
